probably the two top records from last week were the new Chocolate
Industries compilation "Rapid Transit" and as I mentioned last week,
Soul Jazz Records "New Orleans Funk". "Rapid Transit" is what I'd call a
mix of hip-hop and weird electronics....lots of really nice tracks if
you're into that sort of mix. the "New Orleans Funk" record is just
plain funky...I can't get it off my turntables. expect a couple more
tracks from those two compilations on tonights show.
