I've seen the AVerage WHite BAnd live album, "pieces to pieces"
discussed a few times..and rightly so, what a great live album.. but i
picked up MAceo PArkers live
album on Verve today, "Life on Planet Groove", since groove music is
everything
to me, i 'had' to buy it... 8-)
this album is truly great. its got Maceo Parker, Fred Wesley, Pee Wee
Ellis, Rodney
Jones, Larry Goldings, Kenwood Dennard, Kym Mazelle, Candy Dulfer,
Vincent
Henry..I'm not much of a reviewist, or post(ist), but this is my buy of
the year already!!
