Sorry to hear you got such a horrible vibe off Dieselboy & Dub2...I've never gotten the same impression. Altho I don't enjoy Dub2 to the upmost, Dieselboy has only disappointed me once and that was understandable because the party was incredibly boring. I think he's a bit overly "worshipped" (especially after seeing Sage from Cali.). I do however think his mixing is incredibly tight.

Krust played Junglodium in Cleveland this past Saturday. We arrived late so I was only able to hear/see half of his set. Altho the tunes were tight I wasn't incredibly impressed with his mixing capabilities. Warhead 2000 was incredible to say the least tho.

Krust was then followed by UFO!...another Cali favorite of mine. With UFO! playing in the upstairs room and Bagel downstairs, the venue soon reached frenzy. Altho they both have similar tastes in beatz there was variety. UFO! was much more brass and harder while Bagel had a smoother flow. Not to mention the downstairs was much cooler temperature wise. A pleasant delight with a dash of Sine. Sine & UFO! tagged flawlessly for a good half n hour then handed it over to Tic Tak. His energy was low and it showed. He usually scratches up ever mix but went for a more seemless approach to this set. Except for the original Tough At The Top (one of my favorites), I didn't find his mixing or track selection to be quality.

all in all my goal was accomplished...being dance my ass off.

Sorry the "souless boom cha boom cha family" disappointed you.
