I use bubblesleeves:

I like the storage system--pop in and out sleeves that I can store in racks
or transport in cases. My main complaint is that the snap in bottoms tend to
come loose from the sleeves with use. I have to staple them on. Currently
have more than 1300 CDs in sleeves and on racks that take up much, much less
space than jewel cases, which often come in the mail already broken.
