I like most of you got much of my intro through BNH, De La, circa 1990. Ninja's Earthrise comps and Instinct's Abstrackt Workshop reinvigorated me a few years later after I had winded through the Slowdive, MBV, Ride, Lush, and 4AD shoegazer bliss and DC indie Unrest's Imperial march of the early 90s.
Dad's record collection, what record collection? It's funny though because the one record he did own(he had about 10 total) and played often was George Benson's Breezin'. This alone I think helped mold my later AJ path even though I really no longer care for Benson.
