That is esl 9 - "Eighteenth Street Lounge - The Soundtrack". Its supposed
to represent a night of clubbing at the ESL club. I like this compilation a
lot as it covers a wide variety of styles. Every time I here the Cool Blue
"Aqua Blue" track it makes me deeply regret that these people didn't put out
more tracks.
