What???? Did you say that you were tired of hearing about Larry Levan?
What? I must of misunderstood what you meant, cuz Larry Levan brougt the
art of DJ-ing into a new realm. By crossing over genres and beatmixing
the O'Jays "I Love Music" with Manu Dibango's "Soul Makossa".
Introducing the crowd to a audio journey, not just party rockin' it like
DJ's in the Rap scene. House music, Acid Jazz, and Techno wouldn't of
ever be the same if it wasn't for Larry Levan. MAW/ Nuyorican Soul, King
Britt, Jazzanova, MJ Cole, Doc Martin, Mark Farina, Julius Papp, Derrick
Carter, Joe Claussell, and whole lot more were influenced by Larry
    Levan. Are you kidding me?
Derrick May gets the same respect, alongside Ron Hardy, Francois
Kervorkian, David Mancuso and the NYC Loft parties, Frankie Knuckles,
Tony Humphries, and the UK Joey Negro, Norman Jay, Grant Nelson, Norris
Windross, & Joey Musphaia. They all spread the beautiful sounds of
Garage/ House in he early days. Come on there. We must thank them
everyday for starting this beautiful music.

    Essential.
