that's Alex Gopher - a Frenchman. the cut is called "The Child". the album is
fairly widely available in the us on gee street/v2 records. there is an 12"
of the song as well with some decent remixes. the album is a bit upfront
(dico house) at times but has some nice dubbed out, noodley bits as well. he
used to work with air under the orange moniker.
