Groovesters,
I was really disappointed with #5. I like the Ambient vibe and I prefer
downtempo. Some of the listers give me the impression that they feel
downtempo is depressing and prodding. But I do know what you mean about
Goth. I really like The Cure's CD that had "Fascination Street" featured
from the late 80's but the damn thing really depresses me. I think the CD
was -Disintergration-. Do you know where I could spot a listen to "Siete"?

I picked this up last week, and it's definitely disappointing. Volume 6 is
the shit, and most of the same artists are on 7, but they are on a
completely different vibe. All of the songs are really depressing, with an
extra ambient feel. I know many of the other comps have that "ambient"
touch, but this one is really icky to me. There is something about it that
makes me feel dirty...I can't explain it...it's the same feeling I have when
I'm exposed to Goth.
Anyway, I still need to give it a few more listens.
