In Paris go to Da Groove Records located in the Marais district, the owner
Clement is a friend and pretty knowledgeable guy. The FNAC store at Bastille
is good although the staff are somewhat surly unless you speak some French
and there is always the Virgin Megastore on the Champs Elysees which has a
reasonable large electronica section and you can listen to a lot of stuff
there. I also love the urban renewal disc, Circe by Ursula Rucker is my
    favourite.
