    Hey AJlist-
    to follow up on the somewhat-recent discussion of Metallica vs.
    Everybody, and MP3 piracy in general, an interesting article has come
    up on Salon:

    Check it out - it seems that Napster is using provisions of the DMCA
    (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) as a means of putting the legal
    responsibility on to it's USERS, rather than themselves.
