    Does anybody have an opinion about the album by the Brazilian producer Suba?

    In principle, I love Brazilian music, but I find that a lot of recent stuff
    from Brazil is either too MOR -- in the bad sense of the word -- or too
    much, how can I say... I feel that some new Brazilian musicians are just
    trying too hard to be postmodern and hip...

    But I'm sure that there is plenty of good new stuff I don't know about.

    Any input on Suba and/or other recent Brazilian music greatly appreciated.
