As a matter of fact there is.
There's a pretty badass one called the VXpocket. It's made by
Digigram. It's got 24 bit A/d D/a. two balanced analog ins at mic or
line level, and two balanced analog outs. SPIDIF digital IO. It will
record and play back at the same time as well.
The price is a bit steep for what it does, but it's a freakin PC
card. Street price is about $650 (my estimate) and you can get it
from sweetwater sound in Fort Wayne, IN. www.sweetwater.com.
If you pick it up let me know how it turns out! I have been eyeing
one of those for a while :)
