This week’s new releases and restocks list is now posted on our website
(http://www.groovedis.com). Please note we will be closed on Monday, May 29
for Memorial Day. We had some computer problems last week (our server died)
which caused many of our orders to go out a day late, but we are happy to
report those problems have all been fixed (we got a new server).
This week we will be starting up Groove Dis Radio. Debuting this Wed, May 31
and then every Wed thereafter, Groove Dis Radio will feature both current
and forthcoming titles carried by Groove Dis. Each week there will be at
least one show (running for at least an hour) hosted by one of the staff
here at Groove Dis. I’ll be hosting the first one and the name of my show
will be The Beat Generation and it will run for a full 74 minutes. Right now
it will be up on our site as a real audio file, but we are looking at
alternatives (i.e hosting it at other sites and/or using other software) so
please let us know if you have an opinion on the best way to broadcast our
shows. Thanks.
