Now that I finally have my adsl connection I finally got to check out the world of mp3s on the web.

Things I have been looking for for ages suddenly are there for the taking:

The underwolves lp...it seems that it will never be released here but someone on napster has it...I'm getting it song by song and boy is it beautiful...

Lemon Jelly - Hommage to Patagonia..another track which I could never find anywhere. Nice instrumental upbeat bossa track with a smooth bassline and a high catching piano

Jamie Anderson - Latinism phase 2
I've seen and heard it being used by kruder and dorfmeister, already 2 years old but no release whasoever in this part of the world. Some technohead had it on his harddrive..great, hypnotising housetune.

some things that I never heard but that are nice:

Goldfrapp..a kind of portishead-like music...very sober with nice female vocals.

A 60 minute live german radio mix by Jazzanova mixing all kinds of crazy music.sputnik live...

Dennis Alcapone..my kind of reggae, very rootsy..

Okay it's not vinyl but at least I can hear it!

    Vinyls this week
Snowboy's Hi-Hat compilation...representing the sound of the popular london hi-hat night playing real jazz-dance..nice comp

    Jazzbiznizz..Russ Dewburry
Something I wanted to pick up for a long time. deep jazz, rare cosmic soul, boogie club vibes..ex: Terea - pretty bird, the long version of Let the sunshine in, Dennis Mobley - superstition..almost every track is a winner.

see ya, keep posting your spam y'all! :)

    Jero...
