    I read the article you mentioned below and would you please email me
    directly pointing out where it mentions ANYTHING about elec. music and
    northern european genes. Um, look at early 70's, and look at hip hop.
    Plenty of electronics created early on by non europeans. I apologize to the
    group for letting this get off topic. My original intention was a
    discussion on the fact of electronic music being classified as "white" by
    people, which i know is not the case. Skin color is a touchy issue for many
    but I couldnt think of another subject title.

    I'm not going to keep this going after this because its coming down to
    personal opinions not even related to the music and people are
    misinterpreting my intention. But dropping the term "people of color" is out
    of the question in my book. The fact is I am mixed with various races (incl.
    white) and I'm offended you'd even ask that of anyone. I take pride in being
    a person of color as do many others. I'm proud and comfortable with my
    beliefs though regardless.
