Wicked tune! This is "Flower" by Soul Dhamma, Scuba Remix (King Britt
doing his thing).
I don't have the original release info, I don't know what it came out
on in the first place, but it has been released on a few
compilations. I think the CD version of the INCredible sound of
Gilles Peterson, not sure though.
