    I heard that customs police found large quantities of cocaine in a vinyl
    shipment once. A layer of the stuff had been secluded in between the two
    sided of the vinyl and customs found the coke in the middle.

    Maybe this is just another attempt to smuggle the odd bit of weed. Subtle
