I went to the Maxwell show at the apollo yestidy (btw, what a waste of money),
and the dj before the show played this song that I assume is the
original of what crystal waters' gypsy woman is based on. It was
soley instrumental and a lot of percussion, possibly latin jazz or
afro-cuban. does anyone know what I'm talking about?

has anyone heard of a release date for Saul Williams' amethyst rock star?
