has anybody tried mixing Broken Beats with Hard House, I mean not like too
hard, but some nice dubby, tribal stuff, or some deep techno around 130 bpm?
I'm going to take advantage of my new Monday night gig to start playing
broken beats early, then switch to minimal hard house & techno around
11:30/12, followed by the headlining DJ who is all harder house and
progressive. I think it should work well.... has anyone here tried anything
similar? Any recommendations for good hard house and techno? Most of it is
crap, but I find 2 or 3 decent records each week. I've already got plenty
of Broken Beat records so no problem there.
