    hi everyone!

I hope that the holidays have treated or are treating you well. Seems
that a number of you have had 'nuff time on your hands to be asking for
the next e-out; hope this satisfies the craving for info, updates,
    ticket giveaways 'n such :-)

In the meantime, I want to send out huge hugs and much gratitude to all
who've contributed to making my 2001 a very happy year where music is
concerned. Thank-you's to all the supporters of Mental Chatter, glide,
and all the events and writing I produce. Thank-you to all the amazing
(and mainly independent) labels, distributors and artists who not only
create and release some truly inspiring sounds, but also send it my way
to share with others. Thank-you to www.beats.to for housing the online
archives of Mental Chatter (new this year and taking a 14 year young to
new, global audiences), and to CKLN 88.1fm of course. A gigantic
'woo-hoo!' to all like-minded folks around the globe who share info,
enthusiasm, sounds and connections as we all work to push fresh, forward
looking, underground sounds as hard and far as we all can.

Finally, I have to say how much I appreciate all those people who take
the time to read these e-newsletters, pass along feedback, and let me
know that they touch your world. They're a lot of work, take a wee bit
of time to read, and are also a new project for me this year. Needless
to say (but I'll say it), it makes a huge difference to know that
    they're appreciated. Cheers!

Now, forward we go with the scoop on:
