Ok, so I do this monthly at a local bar. We have a PA set up in the back
room. There is a PA in the front room which is normally connected to the
jukebox. We want to run a cable from the back to the front to have the sound
in both rooms. The distance is probably 100 ft or more. Can I just run a
cable that far and expect it to sound ok, do I need a direct box(what
exactly do these things do?).
