For anyone intrigued by the township jive special I did last Fall on
"Jazzadelica," there's a substantial article on the music in the latest
issue of Songlines magazine (Winter 2000). Nigel Williamson traces the
development of the music from the 50's up to today, and rounds up about 16
essential CD's. Songlines can be found at Tower and other well-stocked
newsstands.
