For some good compilations with Modaji tracks try:
Hi-Fi Jazz (X:Treme)
Co-Operation (Co-Op)
Laws Of Motion (Laws Of Motion)
FYI: he's a pretty darn good deejay too (I heard him spin in France this
last Jan during the Midem and he was very good-both musically and
technically).

Modaji, eh? He was recently featured in December's (I
think) "Straight No Chaser" magazine (another excellent
source for AJ knowledge. Might want to check URB mag out
as well). Anyways, I'm pretty sure he's got an album out.
If not, it's due out soon. Otherwise, you can find some of
his stuff on the better acid jazz compilations, The New
Latinaires (Ubiquity) and Glucklich III (Compost records),
and co-operation (co-operation). I think he might be on a
breaks and bossa comp, as well, not to mention probably
several others. Most things on Ubiquity and Compost are
pretty darn good, and should be easy to find in stores.
