Just kinda catching up on a whole wack of posts that
recently come through, so I don't know if anyone ever got
back to you.
I've been a fan of Slide Five's since I heard "Rhode trip"
on Ubiquity's "Is it Jazz" compilation - a lovely,
downtempo groovy-type thing (uh, acid jazzy? ;). They've
got a few albums out on the Ubiquity label. I've got
"People, places, & things" and it gets played every now and
then, even though I've had it for a while now (and
considering the amount of music i'm now exposed to, that's
pretty impressive). Find out more about them at the
ubiquity records site, http://www.ubiquityrecords.com.
