    My filter looks for acid-jazz@ucsd.edu in the To field and diverts them off
    into a separate folder. Catches 95% of them and allows me to spot my
    work-related mail more easily.

    Don't wanna take up too much of your time so i'll keep it short

    Could we( or the moderator) make each email sent from this group contain
    [aj] in the sujbect line, so I could *actually* use my email filter.

    Another idea to cut out some noise. How about we reset the whole
    listserver and those who are currently reading and interested will
    send a resubscribe to continue.
