    The kind of two-step that Dego was referring to is sort of a mid-tempo
    R&B thing. Here in Chicago, we call it Steppers music. In Detroit, they
    call it Ballroom. It bears little resemblance to the two-step discussed
    on this list. A good example of that tempo would be "Keep Rising to the
    Top" or "Mellow Mellow, Right On" (I can't remember the artists names at
    this moment). Both of these are very popular Steppers cuts in Chi-Town.
    In short, the groove is fast enough to move to, but it's much slower than
    house, flavored with much more R&B. In fact, It's STILL called TWO-STEP
    in certain areas of the U.S.
