This may only make sense to those of us in the UK but I'd definitely
recommend Sir Jools Holland of Deptford. On New Years Day I lay in front of
the telly for a 2 hour programme with completely live performances from
Coldplay, Ray Davies of the Kinks, Craig David and Moloko's Time is Now sung
with string and horn sections. In the past I've seen superb LIVE
performances on his show from Roni Size, Paul Weller, the Roots and a few
superb country acts that I would probably not have touched with a bargepole.
Definitely following GP's openminded philosophy and joining the dots.

Like this idea of the DJ aristocracy
Be nice to see Joey Jay OBE and Lord Jay of Tottenham on that New Years
Honours List in 2020 ;)
(I still predict that the eventual
King William will bestow the knighthood on Sir Gilles Peterson one day).
