you could try the '76:14' lp from global communication (mark pritchard
& tom middleton). i have it for several years now and i return to it
every now and then. very touching tunes, really positive vibe, great
melodies & orchestration. an all-time classic. i have another two
ambient eps from them, 'pentamerous metamorphosis' and 'maiden
voyage', they're both real good but they dont come close to 76:14.
the 'blade runner' ost by vangelis papathanasiou is also considered a
classic work, but i guess you already know that.
