    Hey Malcolm, the cd you're looking for is called "A Meeting By The River",
    and the percussionist's name is Vishwa Mohan Bhatt. I agree, the album is
    excellent. The record label is Water Lily Acoustics; a label reknowned for
    their excellent sound quality and for printing on gold discs only.

    Actually, Vishwa Mohan Bhatt put out another album, on the same label, with
    a Sitar player who's family name is Singh. For the life of me, I don't
    remember the name of the album, but I'm mentioning it because it's actually
    quite a bit better than the collaboration with Ry Cooder mentioned above.
    I'll dig up the title when I get home and post it tomorrow.
