    Hey Kids,

KUSF is still limping along at 1/60th of its normal strength and it
appears that it will be at least a couple more weeks before new
equipment can be built and installed. It's going to cost a minimum of
$20,000 and probably more before we're done, so once again I'll ask
    for your help.

If you work for a label or a business that can contribute promos,
goods and/or services to be used as financial enticements, that would
be terrific. If you'd like to give the gift of cash, that's great
too. You can contact me directly for more info, or pledge to the
    station directly. The address is:

    Save The Transmitter
    KUSF
    2130 Fulton St.
    SF, CA 94117

We're also taking credit cards over the phone during business hours.
    That number is:
    415-386-KUSF (5873)

Thanks again for any support you can provide and don't forget your
    contribution is tax deductible!

I'll be taking tonight off to partake in AREA:ONE, or as I like to
call it: MobyFest. I'm planning to hook up with <<Rinocerose>> for an
interview and with any luck, we'll have it ready for next week's
show. Sitting in once again will be Tomas Palermo (XLR8R Magazine /
Friday Night Sessions), so I hope you'll make him feel welcome.

See you next week....ciao for now,
    David
