I personally feel this thread borders on the whatever,
whatever... the music we are listening to is not the
same as what we were checking for 6 years ago, it has
no name.... the thing is in flux and thats what we
love about it, the energy, the live-wire all the way
    live ...

However, just a few classics of those early years kind
of seem to epitomise what acid-jazz used to be. For me
    at least.

Incognito's Positivity (talking loud) Still banging!!!
my first choice for that perfect saturday morning when
you got time to kill with somebody and u would not
mind stretching time a lil bit. Amazing concept album.

Flavornaughts My inbred pedigree chums (ninebar)
Since deleted but what an album real mood music for
that jazz head, grooves like a mother!

Young Disciples Road to Freedom (Talking Loud)
I saw Carleen perform with NEON PHUSION the old and
the new, and she split my head open, she's very
special, very special... just like this joint.

    Jhelisa's Galactica Moods (dorado)
Still available from the label dorado.co.uk I still
have scars from the goose pimples I suffered from when
I first heard this, major major major classic.
PS this is the 4 track acoustic EP not the album.
