Does anyone remember talk of the Underwolves LP that was supposed to come
out last year on Island Blue but never did?
It's not coming out on Island Blue anymore. It's going to be released
(hopefully) this spring on 'Jazzanova-Compost Records' (JCR) which is a jazz
label based in Germany.
For information you can go to www.knowledgemag.co.uk. This is the website of
Knowledge Magazine, THE best UK drum and bass magazine. (I don't work for
them.) Fair enough, jungle isn't acid jazz, but this website lists
information on the more jazz/funk-type drum and bass acts such as Peshay and
EZ Rollers, both of whom have been mentioned before on this list.
Also, you can go to the label site www.compost-records.com (I don't work for
them) where they have info on the Underwolves album BUT NO RELEASE DATES.
Presumably they are going to keep the site updated.
Thank god it might finally be coming out!!!
