The Vampyros Lesbos soundtrack was released by Germany's Crippled Dick Hot Wax label. I believe it was distributed in the United States by Motel records.
http://www.crippled.com is the place to go for more info.
Toni Schifer, the man behind the Vampyros Lesbos re-release, did a set on my radio show back in December that you can check out here:

Website at www.eleguarecords.com . Looks good so far, new label out of
Miami as you said. Two soundtracks to silent films and a few more future
releases...
speaking of soundtracks... anyone heard the Vampyros Lesbos soundtrack? I
bought the remix version on cd not too long ago and like it. I hear the
original is pretty nice too but it looks to be hard to find.
