Yes, I'm a pretty regular customer with Bent. The service is really
"personal" and relaxed, so every now and then my order will be late or
they will hold back an order because they are waiting for something to
come in, yet they won't let me know that there is a delay. Their
selection is pretty unbeatable though, plus I love the weekly mailer
they send out announcing + describing new releases. Their online order
form is really nothing more than a cgi form mailer, so you will have to
call them to give your payment information. The best way to order from
Bent IMO is to write down your selections and give them a call to make
sure they have everything in.
