Ha! I wish... OS X is built on top of BSD - not Linux, and so far has
left me very non-impressed. The terminal functions are weak at best and
you certainly can't use any Linux wares on it (unless they are command
line only). I was hoping OS X would give me the power to use my mac as a
development box but no such luck.
Currently there is no way to install OS X on a machine without an Apple
processor (pentium, etc), so I don't forsee it replacing Windows anytime
soon. :(
And now for the ACID JAZZ TIE IN.....
Can anyone ID the Tosca/K+D track that plays on your mac after an
install of OS X? It's so very familiar but I can't put my finger on it!
I want to say it is off of Suzuki...
