    Hi Denise,

    This is about the most comprehensive piece I've read about the
    scene. For example, I know who all these guys are, and have a lot
    of the records, and know they all work together, but had absolutely
    no idea that many of them work out of studios in the same building.

    One thing that struck me is that there's a lot of lists in there -
    names, aliases, etc - which could make things seem a bit dry to
    some readers. But given that the sheer volume of aliases is a
    barrier to people getting into this stuff, I think it's probably
    best to put all of those names out there, so when someone sees a
    name like "Murky Waters" in some other context, they can make the
    connection. The rest of your piece gives them some reason to
    follow that connection up, if they have any sense...
