    Hi folks!

    Those of you in the Bay Area this week are invited to check out the
    following:

    TONIGHT (11/6):

    I'll be spinning at Dalva, 3121 16th Street in San Francisco, as a special
    guest of Mr. Vinnie Esparza's "Soul Samba" night. We'll be kicking off
    around 10pm with the usual "funky beats and Latin treats." No cover charge,
    21 and over.

    THIS FRIDAY (11/9):

    It saddens me to report that Fuel 44, one of San Jose's few nightspots for
    adventurous music, is closing its doors for good on November 15. After 5
    years in business, they have recently been dealt a double-whammy with both a
    whopping rent increase AND an overall decline in customers. For further

    So, after 5+ months as your host of "The Weekend Starts Here" every Friday
    evening, this weekend it will most definitely end. I'll be spinning one last
    time, 5:00-8:30pm, with a selection of some of my personal favorites. I hope
    you can stop by and drink a toast to the best club in San Jose before the
    lights go out permanently.
