Thanks everybody for the brilliant feedback for our Afro Art Greatest Hits Volume One (AFRCD 002) and a special thanks to the reviewer from the UK newspaper "The Independent On Sunday" who said "....by far the years best compilation."

Currently available in your shops is AFR 009 The Man Featuring Ashley Slater "Question" which has been charted by many top Dj types out there and just about due for release is AFR 017 The Mindset "Get Set" which is a fast and furious 100 MPH Percussive Northern Soul Afro Latin House workout.

Coming soon are a new funky two step jazz platter from Nottinghams finest Neon Heights with a drum driven Paul Murphy remix on the B side (AFR 015) and a very excellent Latin House EP from our man in the West (part of London) Tito Heron. It's called "Tales From the Kukuland (AFROTITO 1)and we've had great feedback on this 'un already with the few TP's sent out so far.Everything from Cool Jazz House to screaming live drums, and a co production from our own Paul Murphy...listen out for his forthcoming Kid Loco Remix.

We're already working on some new releases for next year including a fabulous Jazzy Flute driven stomper from Italys Don Carlos and our massive remix EP of Japanese cult band The Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra featuring a new Paul Murphy/Marc Woolford Project mix and blinders from guests Hakan Lidbo and English Eccentrics Big Hair. Add to that a collaboration between Northern club legend Winston Hazel and Souldrummer Mr. Woolford and we think we've got a bit of a winner! And we have'nt even mentioned the Dance Freak follow up to "In Dub", "The Prayer" a full on Gospel House monster with mixes to come from Benji Candelario and the Pound Boys (amongst other surprises)...

    The hard working Afro Artisans.
