This cat is into some serious music sh1t: a drumming
hulk (watch the shirt), shaper of many-an-indie band's
creative vision, and one of the most intelligent music
connoisseuers you'll ever meet. Tune in cause this
boy will be representing some different sounds,
juggling everything from dark electro-pop to 'avant
jazz post rock' to abstract electronic soundscapes and
all spaces in between. If you're into left-of-center
stylings, you'll definitely feel this...
Of course, Venus and Dal will also be sorting things
out proper for your eardrums: crunchy basslines,
juicy breakdowns, and moist melodies...mmmm All over
the place, baby!
And make sure to tune into Da Mix this Saturday
(November 17) where Dal will be holding it down
between 2-3 Pm on Muchmusic! Rumour has it a certain
Ursula Rucker might be in the house...hmmmmm. Show's
this Friday night at Reverb...and it will be the shit.
