I think it's just being musically curious. I know
that before I started making my own music, I'd always
play 45's on 33 (and vice versa) just to be stupid.
You do it enough times, and now I find yourself
looking for loops and samples in the altered speed.
If a beat isn't good normal, fuck it up.
One of the more recent 12" singles by The Angel sounds
great on 33.
