Greetings from the element 5 group,
We just wanted to pass a quick note to friends and
massive at large that our website has just been
updated:
Our mission is to promote the cross-pollination of
different elements that lay beneath the surface in our
fair city. Element 5 was formed partly to address the
notion some people had expressed that there's not much
going on around town. In reality, we've found the
exact opposite to be true and some of the happenings
this weekend proves it - Indonesian Gamelon Music, Art
Exhibitions & Forums, Soulful DJs, Middle Eastern
Dancing, Live Poetry and good late night eats are just
some of the selections to choose from this weekend.
Our first event at the Shadow Lounge in March
demonstrated that this city is full of energy with
much more waiting to be tapped. As the spring/summer
season approaches us, we hope you'll join us in
