    don't forget that cost can also be a very important aspect in it all....
    you'll notice that a lot of the CD DJ hate comes from people that have
    collected a huge vinyl collection over the years... when you have to build
    your vinyl collection from scratch now it's *very* expensive with the 12"
    prices these days.... wait a few weeks, maybe 2 months and a good (2)CD
    compilation with unmixed full 12" mixes appears for the price of 2
    12"es....this one might have 20 tracks, of which 10 are useable....for a DJ
    that doesn't need to have all the latest stuff (although you can ofcourse
    download tracks from the internet, both legally or from restricted forums,
    and you probably can play the music out weeks before its for sale in the
    shops) because he or she doesn't DJ 3 times every weekend the CD way can be
    a very interesting route...
