    yes i believe that at some point b/c we were receiving so much spam on this
    list and email with large attachments that settings have disabled email with
    html

    I am no tech expert but i believe it has to do with the setting of your
    email program, HTML and all that jazz, I am sure there are some techheads
    on the list who could assist you specifically though!
