    NEWS
This circular is going to be a bit on the long side, so feel free to
break things down at your leisure.
A bit of a rush job, in a sense. I've confronted some hideous time
constraints during the last few days. so hideous, in fact, that some
things are going to have the remain undone. The biggest hole will be
that I'll be unable to upload the three shows that I have for you before
I leave on my vacation. I should have left yesterday, but I've had way
too many loose ends. I will still have some before I leave this morning,
but it goes that way. Also, there will be no reviews in this
circular--also due to heavy time constraints. Expect to see them come
    late January.
This will be the last Urban Landscapes circular for 2002. As some of you
already know, I'm embarking on a trip through Europe. Though it's my
second time there, this will be my first time travelling to countries
other than Germany. Even when I head to Germany this time around, it'll
be mostly to the South. In addition, the trip will also have me in and
around London, Vienna, Gothenburg, Copenhagen, and back to London...with
a possible stop in Paris. It's been a long time coming, and personally
the excitement of being there is building ever so tortuously. I plan on
documenting my travels fairly extensively, and hope to share a bit of it
with you all upon my return in the form of interviews and music. More
    details upon my return.
In all honesty, this show would not...and could not...exist and prosper
without the support of all of you. You have all contributed in some
way...as a listener, as a label, as an artist, and...this is applicable
to all of you...as music lovers. What I've been doing over the last few
years take up considerable amounts of time and devotion. To those I've
met, to those I will meet, and to those that I've yet to meet...all in
person...you've helped fuel the inner drive from within. For that, I'm
extremely grateful. Thanks to you all.
I wish for all of you a joyous holiday season. And in a season that's
usually filled with superficialities, I dare say that all of us can
agree on this one: now more than ever...
    May Peace Prevail On Earth.
