I'm sending this out to you folks now because the usual Friday posting
of the Urban Landscapes circular will be mailed this coming Sunday for
this week only. I'm burning the candles at both ends presently, so I
need time to get things caught up.
This Friday during the second hour of Urban Landscapes, I'll have a
profile of French duo Chateau Flight and the label for which they are
on, Versatile Records. I had a very nice chat with the label's owner
Gilb-r last Friday, and you'll have a chance to listen to what he has to
say about the label, the future for Chateau Flight, and his philosophies
on independent music. Of course, you'll hear music from Chateau Flight,
including remixes and their own compositions, as well as hear tunes from
other artists on the label.
