    this time compiled by Groove Armada.

    Beats 'N' Breaks: Dope new 12" from the Sub Tub label by DJ Ole & RSL
    called "The Split EP", new DJ Phantom album on France's Intuit label
    with remixes from the Illest Bros (Dirty Birds' DJ Poppa Hopp and Purple
    Pengiuin's Ben Dubuisson), a whole bunch of old Herbaliser titles in
    this week, including the most recent album on vinyl, new Mr. Scruff 12"
    "Shrimp!", new Catskills 12" by Nylon Rhythm Machines, Phantom Beats
    "Mercury" 12" on PLastic Raygun, new Quantic "Sweet Calling" 12" on Tru
    Thoughts, and the "4 Vini" tribute album with one four record set
    devoted to breaks tracks taken from the triple CD.

    Drum & Bass: New Digital album "Dubzilla", new SOurce Direct & Instra
    Mental single "Strike", yet another Total Science single "Baby Oil" on
    True Playaz (does this crew ever sleep??), the "4 Vini" tribute album
    with one triple-LP set comprising just the drum & bass tracks from the
    triple CD, and the "Earth EP" double 12" on Renegade Hardware with cuts

    Defected, jazzy French house from Mr.Charles remixed by Tom & Joyce and
    Ernest St. Laurent, Next Evidence's debut album "Thrills" now in stock,
    new Chilli Funk 12" by T Kolai, the "Collection AA" compilation on Tru
    Method, a cool electro-pop/ghetto tech compilation called "Defining
    Tech" with cuts from Fischerspooner, Felix Da Housecat, Peaches and lots
    more, and Viva! Recordings label boss Jon Lemmon mixes the new "Last
    Supper Club" mix CD.

    Nu Jazz/Broken Beat: Dom Um Romao remix EP on Irma with remixes by King
    Kooba, Ian O'Brien and Ras, new Grupo X 12" called "X-Perience" on Loft
    Records, latest Jazzpuu 12" by Olli Aghvenlahti "Countanance", new
    Rednose District (Kid Sublime & Steven De Peven), Outcaste records
    "Future Flamenco" sampler 12" with a new track from Nitin Sawhney, the
    "One Step Ahead II" compilation from Straight Ahead now in on vinyl, and
    a new sampler 12" taken from last week's nice "Warp Factor 4"
    compilation.

    2-Step/UK Garage: No big 2-step releases this week.

    Other:New issues of Jockey Slut, Knowledge (for the d'n'b fans),
    Plastiks (the new rival to Straight No Chaser for all things jazz
    flavored), and The Wire (with DJ Shadow on the cover). Plus the latest
    "Simply Rockers 3" reggae compilation in this week on vinyl and CD.
