[acid-jazz] question about a record

what's up

listen, i bet everybody on here knows what this is and has it in their collection, but there is this compilation i remember hearing at a listening station years back at this jazz record store here. The cover showed an african american toddler playing with a saxophone type toy and it was titled with some nonsensical long word - any ideas what this is?  I am pretty sure one of the artists on the comp was US3
