The major difference between most streaming audio (in RA format, the most
popular real-time streaming media on the Web) and downloadable files is that
with streaming audio, the host server/streamer electronically gives
permissions as to whether or not the listener can "save" a copy locally. Of
course, there's ways to get around it if you investigate.
