this topic comes up a lot...
i think most of us on here use Cool Edit or Sound Forge
which comes with the abilities to save as Real Media formats...
try Kazaa for the "educational" versions
however is you really want free
i don't know of any WAV editors that are
freeware (Goldwave for example) and save as real media so you'll probably
have to use a freeware program and then use Real Producer (the free version)
and a third program for the CD burning abilities.
